Located by Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach, Milky Lane was founded by three mates on a mission to create one of Sydney’s best burger bars. Chefs Patrick Killalea and Scott Findlay together with General Manager Pete Haselhurst opened Milky Lane in May 2016, and the venue has heaved with hungry patrons ever since. Specialising in burgers, shakes, desserts and cocktails, Milky Lane positions itself as a laid back venue where everyone is welcome.
Selling up to 1,500 burgers on a busy weekend, Milky Lane needs to be as efficient in its processes as possible. After much research and some trial and error with different POS solutions, Milky Lane chose Revel to power their business.
